Application and Registration

APPLICATION:

  • Request an information packet. Application is enclosed in packet.
  • Observation and tour of school is recommended prior to submission of application.
  • Child interview and screening (for primary children only) is scheduled after submission of application.
  • $50.00 fee must accompany application.
  • Application results will follow shortly after interview via mail.
  • Countryside Montessori School has a non-discriminatory admissions policy for children who are approximately eighteen months to seven years of age on the basis of race, religion, sex or national origin.

REGISTRATION:

If a child is accepted after he/she has been interviewed the following must be submitted by the deadline designated by the school:

Enrollment Fee:

A parent reserves a space in a class by placing a $700.00 non-refundable* enrollment fee towards the child's tuition.

* 75% refundable by May 1st
* Non-refundable after May 1st
Method of Payment Options:

  • Two post-dated checks of equal amounts, dated May 1 & February 1
  • Ten monthly post-dated checks, dated May 1 through February 1
  • Payment in full by March 1st - receive a 5% discount after deposit is paid
  • Visa/MasterCard for 2 or 10 payment option - only after deposit is paid

Sibling Discounts:

  • Second child concurrently enrolled: $600.00
